Where feedback goes

There is no feedback form inside the app. Feedback, bug reports and questions go to the official Discord server, reached through the Discord icon in the top-left corner of the board, or to the official X account next to it.

What to include

• What you expected, what happened, the collection name and the time (UTC).
• Your browser and wallet app, and whether you were on a phone.
• A screenshot with addresses, usernames and balances covered.

Never send seed phrases, private keys, session details or full wallet addresses in a public channel.

What to expect

Messages are read by the team behind the product; there is no guaranteed response time. If the server is unreachable, the X account is the second official channel.
