Troubleshooting

No CONNECT WALLET button. Wallet extensions inject after the page loads; wait a second or reload. On a phone without a wallet app installed, the button lists apps through WalletConnect.
The wallet app opens but nothing happens (phone). Approve in the app and return to the browser tab. If a wallet's in-app browser freezes, use the regular browser and pick the app from the list.
My allowlist is missing. Press RECHECK. For a stage that has not opened, sign in with OpenSea for that wallet. Some projects publish lists minutes before the stage.
The card turned gray again. A stage closed or the project rewrote its schedule.
UNANSWERED, RETRYING… OpenSea did not answer for some drops; the board retries.
No sound from the alarm. Interact with the page once; check ALARM SOUND: ON.
Telegram: Code not found. Press CONNECT TELEGRAM again and open the fresh link.
Discord: zero tickets. /nft verify, or link the wallet that holds the pass.
JOIN ALL is greyed out. One-click entries need three or more cassettes, an epic or a 1/1 in signed wallets, Discord linked, and the account on our server. The block says which one is missing.
MAKE KEY seemed to do nothing. The button reads MAKING… for a second, then the key box appears under the tile — on a phone it may sit just below the screen. If COPY does not copy, it selects the key: copy by hand.
A raffle stays AWAITING MINT although something with its name minted. The raffles page ties a raffle only to the project's own collection; look-alikes are ignored. See From raffle to mint.
The profile page is cut off in my wallet's browser. Reload — the page fits narrow screens; rows wrap and buttons drop under their text.
No direct message from the Discord bot. Turn a kind on under the Discord tile first; your Discord privacy must allow messages from server members, and the account must be on our server. Any message to the bot brings the switches panel.

Connecting shares your public address and asks for one authentication signature on a login message for neverfuckingtrade.com. The board does not request transactions or approvals during connection. Whether a project's mint page is safe is a separate question the board cannot answer for you.

Why do I see a mint I cannot enter?

The board lists detected drops; MINE ONLY hides the ones you are not eligible for. A square in a stage cell is the only sign that you are in.

Why did a card disappear?

Public stages leave the board about half an hour after they open, on every chain and whatever the length of their window; sold-out drops and abandoned stages leave too.

Do I need the IMMORTAL pass?

No. The free tier shows the board, checks one wallet and tracks up to three drops with alerts. The pass lifts those limits and adds raffle tickets in Discord.

Which time zone are the times in?

Card times are UTC. Telegram reminders and the morning schedule use the time zone your browser reports.

Who can use the API?

Holders of the Cassette, with the pass in a signed wallet of the profile. The key is made on the profile page; it goes dark on its own if the Cassette is sold. 120 requests a minute, 20 whitelist scans an hour. See API access.

Does entering a raffle from the site differ from Discord?

No. It is the same entry with the same wallet and tickets; Discord shows YOU'RE ALREADY IN if you press Enter afterwards.

Can the alerts come to Discord instead of Telegram?

Yes, or to both. Link Discord and turn a kind on under the Discord tile; the bot then pins a panel with the switches in your direct messages. Each channel has its own three switches. See Discord bot → Alerts and schedules.
